After the weekend's water dilemma, my well water came back after all the installation/replacements of parts have been completed. Kinetico AWS finally did an excellent and well deserved applause for his professional installation of a new replacement pressure tank. As scheduled by the office, Paul was so punctual and very reliable and responsive to meet the needs of the customer. Both office staff and technicians are highly respectful and helpful when their assistance is needed. Highly recommended to anyone looking for future water treatment in your property.

Kinetico's representatives werr great. I had already done some research and found that they really new a lot about the city water system. I knew our water was a big problem because of all the signs I was experiencing and was very worried. We have purchased the Kinetico's water system and already see good results. The service technicians have been great and one in particilarI came out on his own time twice to help me with an issue.They have all gone beyond expectations.

Just had another outstanding service by Kinetico Advanced Water Systems of Richmond, Virginia. After we drilled a 250 foot well to replace our 60 foot bored well, our water actually got a bit worse because of the dissolved minerals & chemicals at the deeper level. The Kinetico system supplies us with the best household and drinking water we have ever had here in Spotsylvania County. The equipment operates flawlessly. The service technicians are very experienced, knowledgeable, and polite. The annual service membership is reasonably priced and keeps our system running cleanly and efficiently. The Kinetico filtration system is hands-down the best improvement we've made to our home!

First I’ll say, I love my Kinetico system. I have had it for probably 20 years. I had my yearly maintenance scheduled and had to reschedule because of a plumbing issue. They were understanding when I had to reschedule and today the technician was very nice and informative about the questions I had. I recommend Kinetico system for a whole house filter every time the subject comes up!
