Follow These Easy Steps to Get You Started
Step 1: Access the Customer Portal
Go to the Kinetico Richmond customer portal by clicking this link:

Step 2: Request an Invitation (If You Haven’t Registered Yet)
If this is your first time using the portal, you’ll need to request access:
- Scroll down to the bottom of the login form.
- Click "Request an Invitation".
- Enter your email address associated with your Kinetico Richmond account.
- Click "Submit".
- Check your email for an invitation link and follow the instructions to create your account.
Step 3: Log Into Your Account
- Once registered, return to the login page.
- Enter your email address and password.
- Click "Sign In".
Step 4: Navigate to Your Billing Information
- After logging in, locate the "Billing" or "Payments" section on the dashboard.
- Click on "View Invoices" to see any outstanding balances.
Step 5: Make a Payment
- Select the invoice(s) you want to pay.
- Choose a payment method (Credit Card, Debit Card, or ACH/Bank Transfer).
- Enter your payment details.
- Review your payment and confirm the amount.
- Click "Submit Payment".
Step 6: Confirm Payment
- You will receive a confirmation message on the screen.
- A receipt will be sent to your registered email.
