After 18 months of considering various water treatment systems, mid-February 2026 I decided to have a Kinetico staffer return to my house to further discuss a system installation. Previously I had talked to two neighbors who said that they had the water system and that I would love it. They were right, we do love it and the small amount of space taken in my garage is, frankly, much smaller than I anticipated. The install took a lot less time than I thought it would take - just a tad over 2 hours which included several of my interruptions to ask questions. The installer was truly a gem. He did a wonderful job and left the area free of boxes, debris, etc.A few hours after my installation a relative living in Scottsdale, Arizona called and I mentioned that I just had a Kinetico system installed and was excited to see how it worked. When I mentioned it, I was told that they had one out in Arizona and truly loved theirs as well having had it installed several years ago. It's a small world. And I could immediately tell the water was softer and I am positive that we will enjoy the system for years to come.

We have used Kinetico since we moved in for our home water system. With the softener under the house, we're always embarrassed the technician has to crawl under the house for service. Today, Kevin didn't even blink an eye and went straight to work. A very pleasant and efficient young man. A good example of the service we receive year after year.

After the weekend's water dilemma, my well water came back after all the installation/replacements of parts have been completed. Kinetico AWS finally did an excellent and well deserved applause for his professional installation of a new replacement pressure tank. As scheduled by the office, Paul was so punctual and very reliable and responsive to meet the needs of the customer. Both office staff and technicians are highly respectful and helpful when their assistance is needed. Highly recommended to anyone looking for future water treatment in your property.

Kinetico's representatives werr great. I had already done some research and found that they really new a lot about the city water system. I knew our water was a big problem because of all the signs I was experiencing and was very worried. We have purchased the Kinetico's water system and already see good results. Just had another outstanding service by Kinetico Advanced Water Systems of Richmond, Virginia. After we drilled a 250 foot well to replace our 60 foot bored well, our water actually got a bit worse because of the dissolved minerals & chemicals at the deeper level. The Kinetico system supplies us with the best household and drinking water we have ever had here in Spotsylvania County. The equipment operates flawlessly. The service technicians are very experienced, knowledgeable, and polite. The annual service membership is reasonably priced and keeps our system running cleanly and efficiently. The Kinetico filtration system is hands-down the best improvement we've made to our home!

Sorry this post is late. We decided to wait for the new system to work. It was worth the wait. We are very happy that we chose you to install our filtration system. The staff was very professional and friendly. All our questions was answered in detail. We are so glad we chose your company. Mike trainer is passionate and skilled with his work. Mike is the best! He’s smart, very experienced and a great problem solver. He did my install creating a small profile for the softener and Silica filter and hooked up my filtration system to the kitchen sink and icemaker. He’s also personable, thoughtful and kind.
